DESCRIPTION:Amid the ever-evolving landscape of workplace discrimination laws\, savvy employers must regularly review their personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the most recent legal guidance and developments.\n\n\nWe will review use of pronouns\, bathroom usage\, gender transition and other issues that affect transgender people in the workplace.\n\n\nWe will also talk about grooming and dress policies\, whether employers can have different standards for different genders\, and avoiding claims of discrimination based on race\, gender\, and other protected characteristics.\n\n\nAs part of this discussion\, we will review tattoos\, hair styles\, jewelry\, religious and even political expression in the workplace.
