SUMMARY:2024 | Sex\, Drugs and Videos: Random Thoughts on the Modern Office Environment
DESCRIPTION:This talk covers three diverse and discreet HR issues that arise occasionally in the workplace. The workplace is an obvious place for personal relationships to blossom\, or sour\, and to be affected by social media. Marijuana use is now legal in California\, but its use\, and testing for it\, can both protect and perhaps inhibit an employer’s ability to hire and fire.  Cameras – whether using video or both video and audio – can create both positives and negatives for the employer.
